How to request a refund
Email omni@omnicore.com.tr from the address you used at checkout, including your order number or Paddle receipt. We’ll arrange the refund through Paddle, which processes it to your original payment method. Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer-protection or withdrawal rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including any statutory right to cancel. Where such rights apply, they are in addition to the guarantee above.

Because Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase, Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to refunds and billing. You can contact us at any time and we’ll coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.
