What is MASS?
MASS is the Turkish metering communication standard used by meters deployed across Türkiye. Omni Console decodes its sign-on, mode selection, baud hand-over and data sets.
What does Omni Console show for MASS?
The identification (manufacturer, baud, model and body), the ACK / mode-select, the negotiated baud change, and each data set with its register key — for example the meter serial number and model code.
Can it send MASS commands?
You can send the sign-on or other frames using quick-send or a saved sequence, and Omni Console decodes the reply. There isn't a dedicated MASS frame builder — MASS support focuses on decoding and value parsing.
Does it follow the baud change?
Yes — MASS often signs on slowly and switches to a faster rate; Omni Console tracks the hand-over and keeps decoding.
